Our Story

Bhaashaa is a non-profit, voluntary organization working for the preservation and enhancement of regional languages. It was founded in 2008 by a writer and journalist, Mrs. Swati Raje.
Bhaashaa believes in using all available mediums to create awareness, interest and love for languages.
It focuses on bringing children and literature together for the perpetuation of linguistic heritage, by traditional and contemporary means.

Why We Are Different

Bhaashaa is engaged in creating sustainable models and replicable systems for language preservation through its community-focused innovative programmes and projects. It has been working under various verticals through all demographics for young and grown-ups alike. The Board of trustees include writers, journalists, audio-visual media heads, corporates, industrialists, artists, and administrative and foreign service officers
